Wodify
Director of Customer Success
Philadelphia
Wodify is a gym management software that helps gym-owners focus on what they are passionate about - fitness. They are looking for a Director of Customer Success to lead their team of CSMs that support their gym-operator customers.
What we think Wodify does:
Provide an all-in-one management platform that helps a gym with many of the back office functions that they need to perform - booking appointments, invoicing, waiver management.
Help retain members through personalized performance tracking.
Create engaging experiences for gyms to drive user involvement like competitions and events.
Why we like Wodify:
They were quick to become a profitable company, which is rare in the SaaS space.
They build brand loyalty through providing tracking tools for gym goers as well as management tools for their gym customers and coaches.
They help smaller gym companies compete with larger retail gyms by providing the software/service that are typically only able to be developed by larger gyms (HR monitoring, etc)
They create a community for gym-owners and coaches to collaborate on new trends, market anomalies, and upcoming tech.
If you are interested in blending your interest in personal fitness with your love of leadership and Customer Success, check out their job posting here.
