A house-keeping note. We’ll be sending out a survey next Monday to gather feedback and see how we can improve this newsletter. The readership has grown every day for the past 2 weeks and we want to make sure it is valuable. We’d appreciate your feedback, thanks!
Webflow allows the user to design, build, and launch responsive websites visually, without writing a single line of code. The no-code movement has been coming with tools like Zapier, ConvertKit, Boundless….and Webflow.
It’s pretty straight forward but here’s what they do:
They help you design, build and launch a responsive website with no code
The powerful part is that you don’t necessarily have to work from a template, you have the ability to customize and configure quite easily
They initially focused on Freelancers and Agencies, then moved into in-house marketing teams, before moving to small business owners or entrepreneurs
Here’s why I like Webflow:
The no-code movement will continue to grow. Everybody wants to move quickly, make beautiful things and create value - in the modern world you need to have coding skills to do that. Well not with these tools and that’s what is going to enable the rest of us no-coders to provide more value to our organizations.
It looks like Customer Success is still being developed so this is a way to get in relatively early to a rocket-ship
They promote remote work right in the job listing…
Probably a good article to check out before you apply or interview to get some research in
They just raised $75MM from Accel in 2019 and they’re continuing to hire through this time
You can check out their Glassdoor page but it is relatively light with only 5 reviews. All positive so far.
Be sure to go search on LinkedIn to see if you can make connections with somebody who works there already.
