Varonis | Articulate
G’Evening - One thought that has been constant on my mind is that I typically look at my life as an operating system that has frameworks. I’m visual, this helps me to categorize content and feel empowered. Make sure as you have time to reflect that you find your own “operating system” and “framework” that relates back to what you want to accomplish. Now’s as good of a time as any to be introspective. Cheers.
Varonis
Director of Customer Success
Charlotte
Founded in 2005, Varonis provides organizations with a way to protect themselves against security threats that are hiding in the unstructured data that exists within their technology stack. As organizations begin to rely more on their employees using new technologies that facilitate productive remote work, they are leaning into helping the global market protect themselves from cyber attacks.
What we think they do:
Varonis extracts metadata from an enterprise’s IT infrastructure and uses this information to map relationships among employees, data objects, content, and usage.
Their proprietary User Behavior Analytics tools assess suspicious behavior that leads to cyber attacks.
Maps out your current compliance with industry standards and best practices.
Enables information security teams to handle internal and external security threats with standardized processes that are guaranteed to adhere to data security regulations.
Why we like Varonis right now:
Their focus on the security sub-category of unstructured data differentiates them in a commoditized space.
They were listed as one of New York’s Best Places to Work recently.
They are publicly traded and have outperformed the market for most of their time as a listed company.
Their customer logos pages lists some very large global leaders, which lets us know that they have proven their value to very discerning organizations.
They have a well established technology and channel partner programs which will continue to help them reach new markets.
