Why we like Talk desk right now:
A leader in Gartner’s Magic Quadrant for Contact Center as a Service.
Highest scorer in G2’s Contact Center Operations Rankings based on Customer Satisfaction and Market Presence.
Allows near full-outsourcing of person-to-person customer service, which is a growing trend for enterprise customers as they look to lean into their competitive advantages.
A 3.8 overall score on Glassdoor is nothing to turn your nose up at. They have some great reviews that you should check out.
Talk desk’s website is refreshingly clear and easy to navigate, and you get a real sense for their mission when you go there. I’d advise checking it out as you review the job listing.
Permutive
Director of Customer Success
New York City
Permutive focuses on bringing advertising revenue to publishers by surfacing user interaction data. They are looking for a Director of Customer Success with experience in the Adtech space to lead their team of CSMs.
What we think Permutive does:
Gives publishers a complete view of the experience that a consumer has when they are on their site by harnessing the data generated during each interaction.
Lets publishers provide more information to advertisers about the value their web traffic can bring by opening up third-party cookies that is often blocked.
Leverages edge-computing, which references data being processed on the devices that generate it instead of by a remote server in the cloud, to be able to keep up with the ever growing number of connected devices that create a complete end-user data story.
Provides full visibility to data without an lookback period - a restriction that is standard in this space.
Why we like Permutive Right now:
They are a growing company, so there are not a ton of reviews, but out of 20 so far they have a 4.8 on Glassdoor.
They are forward looking by focusing on edge computing instead of just cloud.
The metrics they list for their customers’ experience with increasing advertising revenue are phenomenal. Check them out on their website here.
