Ally | Docusign
Hey everyone, there are still some great jobs that we previously posted that have not yet been filled! These are both from a few weeks ago, and you can go check all of our previously posted jobs in the dashboard!
Ally
VP of Customer Success
Seattle Area
Ally is an OKR software provider that believes that effective goal management can radically impact business outcomes.
Here’s what Ally does:
Their flexible and scalable OKR software provides organizations with the ability to map team members' goals.
This can be tracked all the way to overall team and corporate strategy, success of their progress, and report on the overall usage and adoption of team goal setting and tracking processes.
What we like about Ally:
Changing business environments require clear messaging around strategy shifts and team priorities. The ability to give team members an actionable way to see their progress is necessary right now.
They have Accel and Tiger Global as a VC partner, which we have seen continuously support their portfolio companies. They also raised about $15MM in Q4 2019 which should help them get through this year.
They’re growing quickly - in Q4 2019 they had onboarded over 100 customers and doubled their team. Check out more here.
They are continuing to build powerful integrations, on top of their already impressive list, to seamlessly fold OKRs into an employee’s daily toolkit.
They’re based in Seattle which continues to grow with tech firms given the proximity to Amazon and Microsoft. Lots of talent in the area.
Glassdoor is scarce but it is somewhere that I always check. So make sure and look at these reviews

You all know Docusign as the universal eSignature provider, but did you know that they provide a host of other services that are changing the way that governmental organizations, enterprise customers, small business, and independent contractors are managing contracts?
What Docusign does:
eSignature. The gold-standard in electronic contractual transactions.
Contract Lifecycle Management and Document Generation and Negotiation services close the loop and provide consistency, visibility, and traceability into the contracting process.
Power analytics that have historically been absent from the contracting process provide insights into how your contracts structure and workflow are being received by your prospects and clients.
Why we like Docusign right now:
Publicly traded company and their stock price has increased during this time
Their unrivaled market share with eSignature creates a huge opportunity for expansion with their newer product lines.
As the standard for the industry, their products have become need-to-have - a term that is becoming more prevalent in our conversations with business leaders evaluating vendors.
No surprise here, but there were in Gartner’s 2020 Magic Quadrant for contract lifecycle software.
With over 1000 company submissions on Glassdoor, an overall company rating of 4.6 and a CEO approval rating of 98% is amazing!
