15Five
VP of Customer Success
San Francisco
15Five is a continuous performance management suite that allows you to coach your employees as fast as you sprint.
What we think they do:
Employee engagement with remote workforces!
15Five develops cloud-based software designed to evaluate and improve employee performance.
Its web-based employee engagement and continuous performance management software helps create high performing teams by combining OKRs, 1-on-1s, 360 reviews, and employee appreciation in one simple weekly check-in.
Why we like 15Five:
Even after this current pandemic, the business world will look more remote than ever - these types of tools will become key to organizations
They raised $42MM back in Q2 of 2019, so while it has been a year I’d anticipate that they’ve been looking to leverage that cash on a 3 year horizon so they should be okay through this time period
It is always good when you have investors from the first-round follow on into the next rounds
This is geared towards the SMB market, so there is a ton of greenfield for this type of solution
More about the opportunity:
Here’s the job posting. Note: I found this on LinkedIn but it is not listed on the website. The LinkedIn posting is 4 hours old, so very fresh but something to look into.
Looks like you’d roll into Brad’s organization
